I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and to cancel any order while providing a full refund if I feel I will not be able to finish the piece.

As the commissioner you are free to use the finished product for personal use { icons/avatars, page decoration, wallpapers, prints only for yourself etc } as long as proper credit is given and you aren't making a profit off of it. Feel free to ask about commercial rights.

As the artist I reserve full rights to the images I produce, and may upload my artwork in any of my galleries or use as a portfolio piece. You will always be clearly credited for your character.

Extra fees will be added for complex designs, this will be discussed before any sketches are made.

During the commission process please stay civil and kind. English isn't my native language, so please be as clear as possible.

I currently only accept payments through PayPal's invoice system.

Payment is due in 48 hours after a pose sketch is approved. Please do not order unless you can afford it! If payment isn't sent by then, your slot will be dropped and I will reuse the sketch as I see fit.

After payment is received, I start working on the commission.

If you cancel the commission before any work has been done, you will receive a full refund.

If the artwork has already progressed past flat colors, you will receive the work done to that point and a partial ( 50% ) refund.

If I ( the artist ) cancel for any reason at any stage of the process, you will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be given after the commission is finished and approved by you.

You will receive a rough pose sketch with brief character details. If you don't like it, I can do up to 3 for you to choose from. I may reuse any of the leftover sketches at a later point in time. Once the sketch is approved I'll wait for the payment to begin working on the project.

You are free to ask for wips at any point. I will do my best to respond promptly, it could take up to 2 days at most unless there is something serious going on, in which case you will be notified.

No major revision after the sketch stage has been approved. Such as pose or character changes. Color changes and easy-to-add details are fine.

Once the commission is finished you will receive a direct link with the final product. Please make sure to save the image somewhere safe, as I won't be responsible for lost files. I keep backups of all artwork I do on my own hardware, and sometimes online. If you lose a file, there is a chance I can recover it- however please do keep it safe on your side as well.

Depending on the complexity of your order, it might take anywhere from 3 days up to a month for me to finish it. If your commission is time sensitive ( such as for birthdays or holidays ), please state so in advance.

Any time frame shorter than one week will be subject to a rush fee.
