Tiny pixel animals : CLOSED
Done on one of my own tiny pixel bases! I'm always working on adding more variety, but for now you can view all the available bases -right here-.
You provide an idea : base you'd like, a color, an aesthetic, or anything else that you'd like to see.
Kept simple and sweet! you will receive the finished design and can request changes to it once.
Usually delivered within 24 hours.
Intended for personal use- if you'd like to use my design as a mascot or in commercial purposes, discuss it with me first.
Complex ideas that may require extensive editing of the lineart may cost extra.

You provide an idea : base you'd like, a color, an aesthetic, or anything else that you'd like to see.

Terms of service

General terms
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, and to cancel any order while providing a full refund if I feel I will not be able to finish the piece.
As the commissioner you are free to use the finished product for personal use ( icons/avatars, page decoration, wallpapers, prints for yourself or friends etc ) as long as proper credit is given and you aren't making a profit off of it.
Ask about commercial rights and freelance work.
As the artist I reserve full rights to the images I produce, and may upload my artwork in any of my galleries or use as a portfolio piece. Let me know in advance if you would prefer I do not post the artwork anywhere.
Extra fees will be added for complex designs, this is to be discussed before any sketches are made.
During the commission process please stay civil and kind. English isn't my native language, so please be as clear as possible.
Payment and refund policy
I currently only accept payments through PayPal's invoice system.
Payment is due in 48 hours after a pose sketch is approved. Please do not order unless you can afford it! If payment isn't sent by then, your slot will be dropped and I will reuse the sketch as I see fit.
After payment is received, I start working on the commission.
If you cancel the commission before any work has been done, you will receive a full refund.
If the artwork has already progressed past flat colors, you will receive the work done to that point and a partial ( 50% ) refund.
If I ( the artist ) cancel for any reason at any stage of the process, you will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given after the commission is finished and approved by you.
Process
Check if my status on this website is listed as open.
Please either private message me on one of my social media accounts, or email me at ivon.commissions[at]gmail.com
You will receive a rough pose sketch with brief character details. If you don't like it, I can do up to 3 for you to choose from. Once the sketch is approved I'll wait for the payment to begin working on the project.
You are free to ask for wips at any point. I will do my best to respond promptly, it could take up to 2 days at most unless there is something serious going on, in which case you will be notified.
No major revision after the sketch stage has been approved. Such as pose or character changes. Color changes and easy-to-add details are fine.
Once the commission is finished you will receive a direct link with the final product. Please make sure to save the image somewhere safe, as I won't be responsible for lost files. I keep backups of all artwork I do on my own hardware, and sometimes online. If you lose a file, there is a chance I can recover it- however please do keep it safe on your side as well.
Estimated wait time
Depending on the complexity of your order, it might take anywhere from 3 days up 2 months for me to finish it. If your commission is time sensitive ( such as for birthdays or holidays ), please state so in advance.
Any time frame shorter than one week will be subject to a rush fee.
